• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
• Shipping Time: Shipping within the contiguous United States takes 2-5 business days after processing.
• Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
• Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
• International Shipping: International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.
• Delivery: Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday.
• Delayed Shipments: In case of delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify customers as soon as possible.
• Returns: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return unopened and unused items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
