KePart Return Policy

KePart offers a 30-day return policy for all items purchased on our website or in our retail stores.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • In original condition, with tags attached
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items marked "final sale"
  • Items purchased using a promotional code or discount that prohibits returns

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  • Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions
  • Pack the item securely and attach the return label
  • Ship the package back to us at the provided address

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions

KePart reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the eligibility criteria or if there is evidence of misuse, damage, or alteration.
