Kepart Return Policy
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Kepart item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items:
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Clearance, sale, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Electronics (e.g., laptops, tablets, smartphones)
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return.
- You will receive a return label and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Securely package the item(s) in its original packaging.
- Attach the return label to the package.
- Ship the package to the designated return address.
Refund and Exchange Process:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- If the items are approved, you will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
- For exchanges, we will send you the requested replacement item(s) once the original item(s) are received and inspected.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
