Kepart Return Policy

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Kepart item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Clearance, sale, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Electronics (e.g., laptops, tablets, smartphones)
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

How to Return an Item:

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return.
  • You will receive a return label and instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Securely package the item(s) in its original packaging.
  • Attach the return label to the package.
  • Ship the package to the designated return address.

Refund and Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the items are approved, you will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
  • For exchanges, we will send you the requested replacement item(s) once the original item(s) are received and inspected.

Shipping Costs for Returns:
