Kepart Return Policy
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Clearance items, gift cards, and customized orders are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt) is required.
Procedure
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or [phone number] to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging or suitable alternatives.
- Include the RA number and a copy of the proof of purchase inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.
Processing
- Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
- If the return meets all eligibility criteria, the customer will receive a refund to their original payment method.
- If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exceptions
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging are not eligible for refund.
Additional Notes
- All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
