Kepart Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Clearance items, gift cards, and customized orders are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt) is required.

Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or [phone number] to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging or suitable alternatives.
  3. Include the RA number and a copy of the proof of purchase inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.

Processing

  • Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
  • If the return meets all eligibility criteria, the customer will receive a refund to their original payment method.
  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Exceptions

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging are not eligible for refund.

Additional Notes

  • All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
  • Kepart reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above eligibility criteria.
