Kepart Return Policy
Kepart is committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
- The product must not have been used or damaged.
- You must have a proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email.
Return Process:

- Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the product securely, including the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

- Clearance items
- Digital products
